Detailed Product Description
Top-grade refined rubber tire reclaimed rubber is made of the high-quality material of old tires. Through crushing finely and separating the impurities (such as sediment, metal matter) from the old tires attentively, to make sure them fractional, and add the new type softener and activator into the rubber powder, decoke with high temperature and high pressure, then the materials can be sent to refine and become the high stretch strength reclaimed rubber finally.
Top-grade refined rubber tire reclaimed rubber has the conspicuous character that it has high stretch strength, elongation rate and mooney viscosity, each index of it is more excellent than other normal reclaimed rubber.
While using the product, plastic and mixing to strengthen the vulcanized rubbers capability is needed.
This products Mooney viscosity is according to the regulation of the methods of determining Mooney viscosity, which is the first part of GB/T1232.1-2000Determining with uncrosslinked rubber disk cut viscosimeter. Other indexes are according to the methods regulated by GB/T 13460-92Reclaimed Rubber, the indexes should reach the demands of the table No.1 required.
